The Cleveland Browns are going to waive wide receiver Ricardo Louis. Ricardo Louis is the second player that the Cleveland Browns waived Monday. The first being Derrick Kindred. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the news Monday Morning. Louis was selected in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
