Four players assigned to Monsters by Blue Jackets
The Columbus Blue Jackets assigned four more players Sunday to the Cleveland Monsters.
Prior to the Columbus Blue Jackets finalizing their roster, they had to make some more roster moves. Those moves including assigning four more players to the Cleveland Monsters. Columbus assigned Justin Danforth, Liam Foudy, Gavin Bayreuther, and Daniil Tarasov to Cleveland. Foudy, Bayreuther, and Tarasov all spent time with Cleveland previously.
Danforth is new to the Blue Jackets organization, playing for Podolsk Vityaz of the KHL last season. in 58 games Danforth totaled 55 points on 23 goals scored and 32 assists. If the 28-year old forward can do anything slightly resembling this type of performance it would be a welcome addition to the Monsters roster.
