Jose Ramirez leads AL 3B All-Star vote
After finding himself in second place last week, Cleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez is the leading vote getter for American League third basemen.
#Guardians José Ramírez is now leading the All Star votes for starting AL third baseman.

This is hardly surprising for two reasons. First, anything vote related that involves something related to Cleveland always results in a good turnout. Secondly, Jose Ramirez is the clear AL MVP frontrunner. Having this status will lead to being the leading vote getter at a position.
While many will argue for Aaron Judge, Ramirez edges him out currently. Nothing against Judge, but the Yankees would be just fine without him while the same does not apply for the Guardians. What it comes down is Cleveland needing Ramirez significantly more than New York and Judge.
