Darius Garland is Eastern Conference Player of the Week

The Cleveland Cavaliers guard has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

Darius Garland has been on a tear as of late and has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week as a result.

Over the four games occurring during the 13th week of the season, Darius Garland averaged 20.5 points, 12.8 assists, and six rebounds in four wins for the Cavs. This stretch included the first career triple-double for Garland and the second non-LeBron James triple-double since 2003.
