Dante Exum to miss 1-2 months with calf strain

The Cleveland Cavaliers guard suffered a calf strain in Monday’s loss to the Orlando Magic which will sideline him for 1-2 months.

Dante Exum left Monday’s loss to the Magic with an injury and he did not return. On Tuesday it was revealed that Exum has a calf strain which will result in the guard missing 1-2 months.

This is the second Cavs player to strain his calf this season, the other being Kevin Love. Dante Exum was one of only a few healthy guards for the Cavaliers. On Monday he actually started due to Darius Garland missing the game with an injury. This is just the latest injury for Exum who has endured several throughout his career. When/if Exum returns to the court for the Cavs there will be several other players vying for playing time.
