Cleveland selected Darius Garland fifth overall in the 2019 NBA Draft and will look to add more talent in October’s draft. The Cavs also added Dylan Windler and Kevin Porter Jr. to supplement their roster. The fifth overall pick will be Cleveland’s only selection in the 2020 NBA Draft.
