The Cleveland Cavaliers landed the fifth overall pick in the NBA Draft Lottery.
For the second consecutive season the Cleveland Cavaliers will pick fifth in the NBA Draft.
With the way the draft lottery is now conducted the fifth pick was the most likely outcome for Cleveland.
Cleveland selected Darius Garland fifth overall in the 2019 NBA Draft and will look to add more talent in October’s draft. The Cavs also added Dylan Windler and Kevin Porter Jr. to supplement their roster. The fifth overall pick will be Cleveland’s only selection in the 2020 NBA Draft.
