Browns should pursue Bobby Wagner

Pairing Wagner with Owuwu-Koramoah would create a dynamic duo at linebacker that would take the defense to the next level. The Browns have taken shots in back-to-back years with one-year deals for B.J. Goodson and Anthony Walker Jr., with mixed results. Now is the time to take the big swing and attempt to add an elite talent to a defense that truly needs it.
