Browns re-sign Jadeveon Clowney
After a ton of speculation the Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with Jadeveon Clowney on a one-year contract. The deal will pay Clowney $11 million for the upcoming season.
It was a resurgent year for Jadeveon Clowney in Cleveland last season. Clowney appeared in 14 games for the first time since 2018 while tallying nine sacks, also the first time since 2018. With this deal Cleveland is able to bring back a player who was productive last season playing opposite Myles Garrett while at the same time limiting their long term commitment to someone who has a past of injury and inconsistency.
