Another mock draft and another tackle to the Cleveland Browns at 10. This seems like a foregone conclusion doesn’t it? Tom Fornelli’s mock draft has Cleveland making the obvious move and selecting Alabama’s Jedrick Wills Jr.
Tom Fornelli has some ironclad reasoning here that is hard to argue with.
If the Browns do anything but address the offensive line in this spot, the new front office should be fired before minicamp even begins.

There are two tackles that go ahead of Wills in Tom Fornelli’s mock.
Andrew Thomas is taken fifth overall by the Miami Dolphins. Opting to not take a quarterback is a bit interesting to say the least. Although Miami does grab a QB in the bottom half of the draft.
Mekhi Becton gores two picks ahead of Cleveland to the Arizona Cardinals. This would accomplish something that the Browns are attempting to do, protect their quarterback. Like Baker Mayfield in Cleveland, Kyler Murray did not have adequate protection. It is fairly easy to understand this pick at eight.
Only one more lineman is selected in the 1st Round. Tristan Wirfs goes to Denver at 15.
