Triston McKenzie to remain in rotation
The Cleveland Baseball Club intends to keep starting pitcher Triston McKenzie in their rotation.
Prepare to be dazzled, Triston McKenzie will remain in the rotation for the Cleveland Baseball Club.
McKenzie was fantastic in his MLB debut Saturday as he struck out 10 batters, the second-highest for a Cleveland pitcher in their debut. Adam Plutko’s status for Wednesday is up in the air as the team has not made a decision about his next start.
What this does mean is that there is some uncertainty about the futures of Mike Clevinger and Zach Plesac. Both have been banished from the team, exiled if you will. Right now Cleveland is France and they are both Napoleon. The question is are they exiled on Elba preparing to return or are they located on Saint Helena where a return did not occur.
