Former Cleveland Browns and current San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Travis Benjamin has opted out of the 2020 season. This is their first opt-out according to Rob Lowder.
Benjamin made the announcement on twitter Tuesday night.
Benjamin signed a one-year deal with San Francisco after spending four seasons with the Chargers. Benjamin had 109 receptions for 1,683 yards and 10 touchdowns with Cleveland and 99 receptions for 1,460 yards and 9 touchdowns with the Chargers.
