The Cleveland Browns have placed practice squad quarterback Nick Mullens on the reserve/COVID-19 list according to reports. Mullens appeared in one game for the Browns this season, completing 20 of 30 passes for 147 yards and one touchdown in a 16-14 loss to Las Vegas.
