Kareem Hunt will miss another week

The Cleveland Browns will be without the running back against the Detroit Lions.

Kareem Hunt is apparently getting close to returning, but is not quite ready to play. Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski stated that Hunt will miss the upcoming matchup with the Detroit Lions.

This is the fifth straight game that Kareem Hunt has missed. Nick Chubb is also uncertain to play due to being on the COVID-19/reserve list. While the team found success earlier this season turning to D’Ernest Johnson, that same success was not enjoyed in their 45-7 loss to New England last week. Granted, the Lions are not the Patriots and their rushing defense is one of the worst in the league which should give Cleveland a much better result in this matchup.

Kareem Hunt has rushed for 361 yards and five touchdowns while catching 20 passes for 161 yards in six games this season.
