The Cleveland Guardians are set to open their season April 7 in Kansas City and have their home opener April 15 against San Francisco.
The schedule was slightly modified after initially having the Guardians season begin April 8. This comes after the MLB and MLBPA agreed to a new collective bargaining agreement ending the 99 day lockout.
