Darius Garland youngest to average 25+ points and 12+ assists over 10 games

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland continues to impress in his third season, managing to put his name in the record books along the way. With 29 points and 17 assists in the Cavs 131-120 loss to the Lakers Monday, Garland became the youngest player in NBA history to average 25+ points and 12+ assists over a 10 game span during the regular season.

In just his third season, Darius Garland is on a superstar trajectory. Garland has taken a massive step forward, averaging 21.4 points, 8.6 assists, and 3.3 rebounds while shooting 46.7% from the field, all career-highs. A major reason for why the Cavs ascended from the basement of the Eastern Conference into a playoff team is the improvement of Garland.
