Chris Hubbard to miss rest of season

The Cleveland Browns offensive lineman will miss the rest of the season after suffering an injury in Sunday’s win over the Giants.

The next time the Cleveland Browns take the field they will have less depth on the offensive line. Veteran offensive lineman Chris Hubbard suffered a season-ending injury in Sunday night’s win over the New York Giants.

Chris Hubbard suffered torn ligaments and a dislocated kneecap. Hubbard will have surgery later this week to repair the injury.

Nick Harris stepped in for Hubbard and played admirably. The Browns hope that breakout right guard Wyatt Teller will be back after missing Week 15 with an injury of his own. With Teller back Harris will be relegated to backup duty. If Teller is unable to go, Harris could get another shot with the starters.
