Cleveland Browns quarterback Case Keenum has tested positive for COVID-19 which will keep him out of Saturday’s game.
The Cleveland Browns were planning on starting Case Keenum at quarterback after Baker Mayfield tested positive for COVID-19. Now they will have to pivot to Nick Mullens as Keenum has also tested positive.
Now Browns’ QB Case Keenum has tested positive for COVID, leaving QB Nick Mullens in line to start Saturday vs. the Raiders, sources tell @ByKimberleyA, @FieldYates and me. Baker Mayfield already has tested positive and is on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

The Browns have been hit hard with COVID positives this week and each day more and more players end up on the list. In a game where their season is on the line they are down to their third quarterback as Case Keenum is unable to make his second start of the season.
Nick Mullens has appeared in 19 career games, completing 64.5% of his passes with 25 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.
