The Cleveland Browns are reportedly set to work out the former San Francisco 49ers and Washington Football Team linebacker.
Just one week into the season the Cleveland Browns are exploring some free agent options on defense. According to a report the Browns will be working out Reuben Foster on Friday.
The #Browns are working out Reuben Foster tomorrow, I’m told

Reuben Foster has not played a down in the NFL since 2018 with the San Francisco 49ers. Since then a combination of the off the field issues and injuries have limited his ability to stay on the field.
From a talent perspective there is not necessarily a problem with the potential of adding Foster. That is of course assuming that there has not been a drop off due to injuries and missed time, something that may be a bit naive.
Considering the Browns have already have quite a few players on the roster at this current time that are risks for one reason or another, (injuries, off the field issues), this may not be the best addition to the roster. Exploring other options may be a better course of action if they are truly looking to bolster their defense.
