Garland is entering protocols just as rookie Evan Mobley cleared them.One of the biggest reasons why the Cavs are playing as well as they are this season, Darius Garland is averaging career-highs in points (19.5), assists (7.3), field goal percentage (47.9), and rebounds (3).
