The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled the 22-year old defenseman.
Jake Christiansen has been recalled by the Columbus Blue Jackets in correspondence with placing Adam Boqvist on injured reserve.Christiansen has been impressive this season for the Monsters, currently tied for 11th in the AHL in assists with 13 in addition to being second in goals for Cleveland with five. This 21 game stretch with the Monsters has already surpassed his 28 games in 2020-21. Christiansen totaled 15 points on 12 assists and three goals last year with the AHL affiliate of the Blue Jackets.#CBJ have recalled D Jake Christiansen from @monstershockey. In 21 games for AHL Cleveland this season, Christiansen posted 5-13-18 with 17 penalty minutes and a +4 rating.
