Chubb and Felton did not play in last week’s loss to New England. This is a huge addition for the Browns as they are still without the services of Kareem Hunt. Being able to rely on the production of Chubb while Baker Mayfield continues to struggle with consistency will give Cleveland a greater chance of bouncing back this week with a win.
