Indians ready to finish out home stand against Royals
The Cleveland Indians are ready to finish out their 10 game home stand with a three game series against the Kansas City Royals.
The Indians rebounded quite nicely after a less than stellar start to the second half. A four game sweep of the Detroit Tigers has Cleveland only four games back of the division leading Minnesota Twins. A series with yet another division rival in the Kansas City Royals.
The last time the Indians and Royals met was before the All-Star break. Cleveland swept Kansas City in three games on the road and outscored the Royals 21-9. The Tribe won two out of three games against Kansas City the last time they. came to Cleveland. This of course was highlighted by the blown save by closer Brad Hand.
