Yegor Chinakhov assigned to Cleveland
The Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned the 20-year old to the Cleveland Monsters.
Prior to the Cleveland Monsters first game of the season there has been a roster move. The Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned 20-year old right wing Yegor Chinakhov to Cleveland.

While Chinakhov has been sent to the Monsters, he will not dress for the season opener against Syracuse per Aaron Portzline. Although Portzline did add Chinakhov could make his Monsters debut on Saturday.

Yegor Chinakhov played for Omsk Avangard of the KHL last season, scoring 10 goals and registering seven assists in 32 games.
