The Major League Baseball season is not over yet as the postseason just begun, but the Cleveland Guardians have already made a personnel move for next season. Long time hitting coach Ty Van Burkleo will not be returning in 2022 according to reports. Van Burkleo has been with the team since 2013 as the longest tenured hitting coach in the league.

Whle Ty Van Burkleo is leaving, the expectation is that assistant hitting coaches Victor Rodriguez and Justin Toole will remain with the club.
