A tweet from Mike Francesa tempoarily set the NFL world on fire as he claimed that the Cleveland Browns were shopping Odell Beckham Jr.
Sometimes all it takes is one tweet to send everything into a tailspin. That is just what happened Tuesday as Mike Francesa said the Cleveland Browns were shopping Odell Beckham Jr.
Francesa also managed to take a shot at the Browns, calling them clueless, a shot that is well warranted. He would later add they were asking for a lot.
This was quickly shot down by Benjamin Allbright.
Allbright made a good point, Beckham’s value is extremely low as things stand currently. The Browns would take a massive loss by trading him now. Considering the value obsessed nature of the organization this would not be something they would do.
Allbright would also comment that anyone is available for the right pice, but it is not related to the availability of Beckham.
Beckham and the Browns are still together (for now). If things continue to be a struggle things could change. Someone who is currently unavailable may suddenly become available.
