Mike Freeman roasts himself on Twitter
Cleveland Baseball Club utility player Mike Freeman roasted himself while complimenting Jose Ramirez and his WAR on Tuesday.
It all started with an article from ESPN’s Jeff Passan. Passan noted that Cleveland Baseball Club third baseman Jose Ramirez leads everyone in Fangraphs Wins Above Replacement. That is where Mike Freeman stepped in, as he commented on Ramirez’ WAR for the season.
It’s nice that Mike Freeman can poke fun at himself while complimenting his teammate who just happens to be one of the best players in baseball. And for what it’s worth, he’s right.
