Leonard Fournette goes unclaimed on waivers
Former Jacksonville Jaguars runnning back Leonard Fournette went unclaimed while on waivers and is now a free agent.
Chalk this up as not surprising, Leonard Fournette went unclaimed and is now a free agent.
The Jacksonville Jaguars recently released Fournette after three seasons with the team. Fournette rushed for 2,631 yards and 17 touchdowns in 36 games played for the Jaguars. A surprising increase in receiving production came in his final season in Jacksonville with 76 receptions for 522 yards, surpassing his previous career totals in just one season (58 receptions, 487 yards).
Leonard Fournette may have a limited group of teams interested in his services due to his limited versatility. Fournette will find a new home at some point, but the question is when and where.
