Cleveland Browns center JC Tretter underwent a minor knee procedure to that will sideline him for a couple of weeks.

The Cleveland Browns will be without center JC Tretter for a couple of weeks. Tretter underwent a procedure on his knee to clear loose bodies according to reports.

#Browns C JC Tretter recently had a minor knee procedure, a scope aimed at cleaning out loose bodies and easing discomfort, source said. The clean-out should sideline him for just a couple weeks and shouldn’t impact his availability for the season.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski stated that during the time Tretter will be out it gives rookie Nick Harris an opportunity.

Cleveland selected Harris in Round 5 of the 2020 NFL Draft. Harris may have more chances to solidify his spot on the roster now that Tretter will be missing some time.
