Kevin Porter Jr. has charges dismissed
The Cleveland Cavaliers guard will not face charges from the mid-November incident.
Last month Kevin Porter Jr. was arrested on firearms and suspected marijuana charges following a single vehicle crash. Those charges have been dismissed according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst.
According to Windhorst’s story on ESPN, the jury did not indict Porter on felony guns charges. Additionally, charges were dropped that included possession of marijuana and driving without a license.
Kevin Porter Jr. has not and will not appear in a preseason game for the Cavs, but could play in the season opener on December 23rd.
