Browns: Andrew Sendejo will not be suspended
Cleveland Browns safety Andrew Sendejo will not be suspended for his hit on Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd.
Some good news for Andrew Sendejo and the Cleveland Browns defense. Sendejo will not be suspended for his hit on Tyler Boyd in Thursday’s win over the Bengals per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
As Rapoport mentioned, Sendejo is a repeat offender of this rule and a hefty fine could be coming his way.
Andrew Sendejo has not been the most popular player for the Browns through their first two games. Sendejo has been a liability on defense and has not really contributed enough to warrant further playing time. Unfortunately an injury to Grant Delpit forced Cleveland to play him more even though he should see limited snaps on defense.
