Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed that offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt will call plays this Sunday.
There were questions and assumptions about who would be calling plays for the Browns after Kevin Stefanski tested positive for COVID-19. Stefanski confirmed Wednesday that offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt will be calling plays against the Steelers Sunday night.
Special teams coordinator Mike Priefer will be the Browns acting head coach in Stefanski’s absence. Stefanski stated that “It makes sense since the special teams coordinator works with everyone”.
